The fresh melanosporum truffles that we offer come exclusively from French truffle and truffle growers who share our values of transparency and quality.
Throughout the season, we select 1st category truffles (see classifications) in multiples of 50g: 1 unit = 50g, 2 units = 100g etc
Packaging & Shelf life
Your truffles will be sent to you in a sealed bag but with a relative vacuum that allows the truffle to "breathe" by Chilled delivery.
You will then need to follow our conservation advice here.The truffle will then keep for eight days.
